I cancelled my membership, why did I still receive a Goodbeing box?


Most likely this is because your cancellation request came in after the 1st of the month. Per our cancellation policy, if you cancelled after the first of the month, the box that ships at the end of that month is already paid for and will be shipped as your last. Your account has still been canceled, no further bills will be processed or boxes shipped.

Upon joining, your first box dues are immediately collected and that box put in process.  The first month can't be canceled unless the cancel request is received the same day the membership was created.  In this instance, we can void or refund the transaction to prevent the first box from shipping.
